try opening device care look for the 3 little digits chose about device care and you should see that option

If you have Sprint, they take it out.

it only depends on the model because I believe all unlocked phones have it since carriers such as T-Mobile and Sprint won't need it because they have their own exclusive anti virus apps like Lookout Security and McAfee
