Do Not Disturb and app notifications

Does anyone know where to find the place to see what apps can send notifications during do not disturb times?

Nothing about allowing notifications from specific apps though. It used to be in each individual app notification settings

Hopefully this can get implemented back into the release. I use it alot with my security system and cameras through the night.
