Anyone else having apps freeze up? Also when unlocking phone it takes about 5 seconds before I can touch anything and have it respond. Anyone else?

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

It happens frequently. Also the clear cache doesn't work.

I have used the clear system cache and it did not fix the freeze issue..... Especially when more then one app is open. It happens frequently and I sent error reports with just an automated response to the issue. Can we please get a fix to this issue

have had the same issue for all of beta 2. Factory Rest didn't help either

It's beta software. Sadly this is just some of the issues as a tester your gonna face.

Oddly today my camera was freezing. not would take pics, but not put them in the Gallery app.

a restart fixed it

I had luck specifically clearing the home launcher cache and then beta 2 fixed most. I do get an issue where the app will freeze and even the gestures stop working. usually locking and unlocking will fix the issue or help the gestures be responsive again
