HELP!

I have an s10+ and installed the update and it wouldn't turn on or turn off. it was in manual mode but I finally got it to safe mode but I  now can't turn it off. I cant install the newest update and cant turn off safe mode. Please help!

Just to be clear, you can't power down the phone?

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

I had that problem with the very first beta update. like when testing first began. had to factory reset. was literally the only option unfortunately
