I was wondering what the difference is in these 2 different updates because before joining the Android 11 One UI 2 beta, I didn't have both. Any insight or information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you go to software update in your settings it should update you to it. I'm using a Galaxy S10 Plus. Mine came out last night.
