Smart Switch is provided on mac too. Just download the smart switch app on your mac book and follow the steps provided in the settings of the One UI Beta app. (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/smart-switch)

smart switch wouldn't give the rollback option for me. I had to connect to a PC. However I think a saw a post with mac version.

if you have a Samsumg store in your area they will do it for you. In my area they are inside the Best Buy stores.
