I keep getting a pop up at the bottom of my screen that says "please check your internet connection and try again" comes up every few mins

And you're not running a VPN, firewall, or a tivirus? If so, try disabling those first.

Well, if you are using mobile data and not WiFi you don't have to that option. I don't have Wi-Fi as we live too far out of town to get it and I can only use mobile data. The only thing I can do is reset my network settings in the reset menu, reset my APN settings and try to automatically select the best network which re-registers me on the closest tower, or it's supposed to, anyways. Sometimes my phone company says that I'm pulling from a tower farther away from me than the closest 1 and they have to do something on their end to move me to the closest tower.

Is anyone who is getting this using Mobile Data and on T-mobile? I know that they are working on their towers because nationwide 5G is supposed to launch December 5th or 6th.
