Some customers have reported that there is a problem restoring data using Smart Switch for PC. If you are facing this issue, please download beta version of smart switch from the link below and install it on your PC.

Hello sandyfoster85,

You should be able to switch back to P OS if you need to. Please let us know if you are unable to. 

Also note that downgrading to P OS does erase all dat on device. So please ensure all data is backed up.

i was going to factory reset tomorrow and restore using the samsung backup from the cloud. does that work ok? anything i need to know ?

So are we using fbr beta version of smart switch to downgrade back to pie? I can't use any of the messages apps after installing beta
