MP3 APP Not Downloading Full Version of Songs (only 30 sec previews)

After I Downloaded the Beta Android 10 UI 2.0 (S10 / T-Mobile) my MP3 APP will Not Download Full Version of Songs, but Only 30 sec previews. Previous to Downloading the Beta Software, the MP3 APP didn't have Any Issues. Please see attached Screen Shots of MP3 APP, showing Full Length Time for NF - Lie and my Samsung Media APP showing only 30 sec preview of NF - Lie was actually downloaded. Anyone Know the "Fix" for this Issue or Experiencing this Issue.?
