I've been trying to find the post that explains factory resets.  People say it makes the phone run a lot smoother...how would I go about this...

Go to Settings>General Management>Reset. Do have a backup of your phone because a full factory data reset will erase everything except the beta. Read the reset descriptions.

I'd do it since it fixes 3.5/4 of your issues

Factory reset is going to clean up a lot of bugs but not all on your phone. You will definitely have a better experience. But with factory reset, you gonna have to start over

I haven't performed a Factory Reset yet, but Only a "wipe cache partition", after downloading the Beta Android 10 UI 2.0 software Last Week, and pretty much everything is working fine, Except my "MP3 APP issue" (posted in Questions section moments ago). I have a S10 on T-Mobile network.
