My phone keeps restarting every 10-15 minutes

My phone (S10) keeps restarting every 10-15 minutes and is slowly charging. After "fast wireless charging" for 2 hours I only gained 40%. Usually it would charge at least 80% in 2 hours before I downloaded this beta. Also I'm losing battery extremely fast while not even using it which I think is from the phone restarting. Anyone else facing this problem?

I'd recommend doing a backup and factory reset

I had that until I turned off live or video lock screen.

maybe that's why. I have video lock screen on

Please wipe cache partition using steps below.

Turn off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.

When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.

An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.

Press Power key to select.

Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.

When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Power key to restart the device.

it didn't work. it still resets. The only solution I have is to power down device and the charge. What screenshots do you need?
