When I am using LTE and I am on a phone call I can't access anything online is this normal I have a sprint s10e

you can fix that, just activate wifi calling ...
and you don't have to be connected to the wifi...

use volte in your settings. it will let you use data and talk at the same time.it is in mobile networks in settings

update your profile & prl
also make sure you have voice over lte on.

if these don't work, it's likely that the tower that your phone is connected to doesn't support the feature.

It's normal if you have a CDMA carrier like Sprint because the phone needs to use CDMA for calls and GSM for data. It doesn't happen with GSM carriers like AT&T or T-mobile. Verizon was CDMA only like Sprint but as of January 1st they will no longer offer CDMA phones because they are retiring CDMA service. It will only operate for current customers until they replace their phones.
