Is anyone else having trouble connecting their device to their computer. My PC doesn't recognize my device and I don't get the option for Transferring files anymore.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.
All's good here on S10e. Plug in USB cable and Win10 opens an Explorer window showing my phone & SD drives and DEX runs too. Posting this message from DEX.
