Recent apps menu laggy animation

The animation while opening the recent apps menu (when the current app shrinks down) gets really slow as if the frame rate of the animation is dropping significantly.

Does anyone have this issue? It only happens sometimes.

do you have developer options on?
if so, do you have the animator duration scale set lower than 1x?
leave that at 1x not .5x
that sould make the device smoother. or just turn developer options off

👆🏾 echoed 👆🏾 also try clearing your cache partition from the bootloader. That may help the system overall.
