samsung dex to pc

new to the dex beta is the dex to pc transfering the hardwire internet from my pc if not can that happen if not why

No. It uses the connectivity of the device.

DeX is only a "desktop" view of the phone. I wouldn't anticipate it using resources of the host machine other than presenting a display.
