Did not receive the 5th and 6th beta update and now does not receive the 7th beta update eventhough I had restart the phone multiple times. Always says "You software is up to date". Last beta update that I was able to install was 4th beta update.

it depends on your carrier and Samsung.

That sounds made up. Everyone gets the updates eventually. It depends on your time zone, not carrier.

Sounds like a sideloaded beta that has to be updated through repeated sideloads.
