I'm having a bit of signal weakness on 2nd beta for US. On first beta and previous pie update, I had a grave increase, but now places I used to have good service (3 signal bars or more) I either have no signal, or it's so weak I cant use mobile data. Also, about half my developer options revert back when I reboot, as well as any status bar tweaks via nova launcher workaround or playstore activity launcher app I've tried so far revert all settings upon reboot. I've cleared cache, rebooted, even factory data reset my device and still have the same results. Anyone else have these issues?
Developer options always go back to default after a reboot, as for nova launcher, it could be that they haven't updated their launcher to be fully compatible with Android 10 yet. You should report these bugs to the developers so they can see there is a problem and try and fix it in a future update. You do this by going opening this app, clicking Beta Feedback and writing the issues you've been having, then click on send feedback. People have been reporting wifi issues and such for a while now, before the beta was out, and seems like it's a software problem so hopefully they fix this soon.
as I said, it isnt just nova launcher. Even apps that have updated revert any system ui changes. As for developer options... It has never reverted on reboot for me before.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
