My Twitter is frozen all the time!!

I was having that problem to but it stopped

I just close the app when it freezes and on the restart it usually works for a while

I have been having the same issue. I went to twitter via the web browser and clicked where it said "install as app" or something like that. now it looks like an actual Twitter app but it's still using the browser. you do get a true dark mode doing this though instead of the dark blue color the app gives you.

twitter for android had lights out for weeks now at least for me

had that problem, rebooted and made sure Twiter was updated. Now it works fine
