Vivid mode

I compared the display on my s10 to friends s10 ( who by the way is not on the beta), and with the same display settings their screen is noticably brighter and more vivid. Is any one else having screen issues because ive had to change the settings almost every day trying to get the display back to how I had it before the beta.

vivid mode is messed up it becomes way too warm in the evening even with blue light filter off.

since beta 7 my blue light filter has been randomly turning itself on at random times of the day.

yes. please make sure you report it on the feedback section. I'm really sick of this issue. the entire beta has made my display completely subpar and I want my awesome display back! so yeah. please report it and hopefully they'll fix it. sooner than later

it makes me wonder if I reverted back to Android 9 if my display would be normal again. it's really the only thing that's truly bothering me

when i reverted back to install some apps, yes it is a major improvement. even the OS update routine during the beta has a higher output for brightness in my opinion

so I know to roll back, you have to do it via smart switch. but I've never done it and I'm scared I'd really screw it up. I hate to ask but would you mind listing the steps for me? idk if I will but if the next update doesn't fix it I may seriously consider it

imo, vivid display looks super punchy and bright. Just how it should to me.

My display seems perfectly fine.
I usually don't have my brightness turned all the way up because my eyeballs would burn right out of my skull. hahaha
Anyway,the display looks fine to me, and I'm a photographer who does lots of editing on my phone and I have not noticed anything off. I'm sorry for all you guys who have noticed this though however that's unfortunate. I wonder if it's only certain models or carriers. I'm on T-Mobile S10+

Exactly, I love Dark Mode as I keep my brightness turned down. I suffer from migraine headaches, and with the brightness of these new ones and led screens. These new phones are plenty bright set to dimmer setting imo, even turned to half brightness these phones are like torches to me...

My S10+' brightness level. usually never goes above 1/3 unless in direct sunlight.
