I'd like to see a more robust, yet efficient messaging application. Have and options that are available as add on's(see SAMSUNG GOODLOCK) but not forced.  

An immersive and connected messaging app can go a long way, (see IOS devices).

Since RCS is coming to most phones, and since I have it enabled already...Id honestly like to see the intergration of GoodLock into the system. I dont see why its not pre installed. Its a great app that most people i know never even heard of...and I didnt until i watched a video on youtube when I first switched from my s8 to my S10. (shout out to SakiTech) they include so much other bloatware programs you may or may not use, but this app is burried within their app store that no one really uses.
Other than that, Id love to see more improvments to Samsung Dex, as I use it daily and with every update it keeps getting better and better....and for someone that doesnt have a computer or a laptop or a chromebook...DeX is a life saver and a great alternitive if you havent anything else. in fact im writing this while using Samsung Dex

Thanks for your feedback. I enjoy the Goodlock application also. I've been using it since it's beta on the S6. I'm thinking it's not preinstalled because many people will not care much about that level of customization, having it as a standalone application allows it to be updated readily, it allows the company to promote having stable base OS and it allows the company to test run features before they become a staple to the UI.
Samsung software has been pretty much molding the Android experience as a whole, especially in the area of multitasking.
