Where did smart Lock go?

Does anybody know how to add a trusted Bluetooth device?

Settings->Biometrics and Security->Other Security Settings->Trust Agents.

My fault, this is just to allow for Smart lock to be used.

Settings->Lockscreen->Smartlock
