Why don't Google links don't open into Chrome

Did anybody notice that often links don't open into the Chrome browser?

that's a matter of changing the default setting, in most cases there should be a way to switch links opening in the 'in app browser' vs your actual browser

I've had links not work at all and then have to force close Google and restart to get links working again

I am experiencing this problem as well. Strangely enough when I open Chrome manually, the page opens to where I was trying to get to from the link
