Anyone know how to export passwords out of samsung pass?

Since it doesn't work on all of my samsung devices, it's become useless

If you add your account on Samsung Wallet, the password should sync with your other login devices.

If not working and you want to export and import it instead, try exporting it in Samsung Wallet settings. See picture.

I think you can only export it to samsung format and import only on Samsung device.

That's the thing, new Samsung device can't install Samsung wallet

it's not there, same with Samsung pass that works on my Tab S8 ultra.

My point is, a password manager is only good when you can get passwords on all your devices
