Help with samsung and outlook account on s23 plus

I accidentally unlinked my outlook account from the app on my phone from my samsung account and im now having trouble signing into my outlook account and adding it back as when i click add account in settings and press outlook it doesnt actually add it.Everytime I try to sign in it says "you requested too many codes today.Please try again tomorrow" or "That verification method isn't working right now.Please try another method" from my outlook account when I try to sign in,do you know how long i should wait before trying again?

I read a forum online and someone else had the same problem and they tried the next day but the same thing happened. Then I read to try private browser but the same thing happened.it just tells me to use another verification method but it's not really working and I dont want to be locked out of my outlook account,do you know what to do because I have no idea. Even my recovery email for getting codes doesn't work...

It also says if your not getting verification codes,i may get blocked due to unusual activity,how long do you think i should wait before trying to sign in to my outlook account again,i asked a friend they said they dont know how long I should wait to try again.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with log in. 

It seems that you have tried some troubleshooting steps already and it seems like the issue now lays with the Microsoft account itself.

Hi I filled out the account recovery form twice yesterday and this was there reply to me.

Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know.

If you're having trouble signing in, go to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx?mkt=en-US and reset your password using security info such as your phone, alternate email address, or authenticator app.

Maybe I'll try again in a few days as I cant get a code even my authenticator app doesn't work when I type the code in,yesterday I tried a few times it just kept saying I've requested too many codes try again tomorrow,maybe if I wait a few days I will start to get codes again and I was thinking once I get back into my account to get a recovery code and do it on a computer again

Have you tried on difference devices and different networks?

Try clearing cache of your browser on your device and desktop. 
Also try it again on a private window, via the same browser, not an external app.

For example, open the incognito window via Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc.

If you're still unable to log in, yeah, I'd say wait a couple days to see if it resets.

I tried logging into my outlook on a computer that I usually sign into and it works it's just my phone everytime I try to sign in this comes up,any idea what's the solution?1748333497505.jpg

It's all good now,im signed into my outlook on my phone after using Chrome in incognito but I still dont know how to link my samsung account with my outlook account to share photos and stuff,when I changed my phone I went to a samsung store and the person help me transfer everything,im not sure how the person linked it

Glad to hear that you're resolved the Outlook issue. 

With the photos, it's probably best to go into a Samsung Store so they can assist you with it again, just have them explain it to you so you can remember for next time :)
