#optus connects to phone but it says Internet is not available. Its is Strange that it has been working properly for three years for the same device.this issue started for three weeks.But I checked with my other device laptop ,it still works.

I had this issue with my Esim, had to contact optus technical support,

Turns out my eSim settings had not activated for mobile internet

This could be the same case for you, I'd recommend contacting optus to see if they can fix the issue

Edit: while you have said its been working for the past 3 years, it appears its not uncommon for settings to go out of sync for unknown reasons

To my s22 ultra happens a few weeks ago when had this big nbn blackout and after nbn was back working my sim stopped literally to work and now seems after getting the esim of optus it restart work a bit better
