Samsung health voice was originally Australian Female, it some how changed to Australian Male I couldn't find any setting to fix it so I googled it and it said to change the voice in Bixby,
The Bixby voice is now set to American Female but the health app is still stuck on Australian Male. Please help I've spent 2 days trying to fix it.

Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > Settings > Text-to-speech > Click the gear icon beside Preferred engine > click the gear icon beside the language you want > change the voice there.

Example: for English (Australia), Voice 1 is Female. Voice 2 is Male.

You can test it by going back to Text-to-speech after you select a voice, then hit Play.

Hmmm...it works on my phone's Samsung Health app.

Can you list your steps or where you expect the new voice?

When I first started using the Samsung health app to do my exercise the voice assistant was automatically set as Australian female, due to injury i didn't exercise for 3 weeks, when I started again the voice was somehow Australian male. I could not find any setting in the health app to change the voice so I googled it, google said to change the voice in Bixby, I didn't even have bixby activated so I activated bixby and changed the voice to Female American but this did not change the voice on the health app, I tried changing the voice option in text to speech in accessibility to English Female, this still did not change the voice in the health app.
