Mi Smart scale not syncing

I'm able to scan and add the accessory, but when standing on the scale, weight does not get recorded.

I've tried deregistering, keeping the app open, on another device just can't get Samsung health to record any weight data from what is supposed to be a supported accessory, Xiaomi Smart Scales.

Has anyone gotten it to work directly? Without using Health Sync app

Hi @cogzi, which Mi Smart Scale model do you have? Only specific models are supported by Samsung Health directly. 

You could also try clearing app cache and data for Samsung Health to see if this assists with the issue. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > tap Clear cache and data.

Hi there, the model is Mi Smart Scale 2 (no body composition)

I have tried your troubleshooting but unfortunately still does resolve.

Samsung Health is able to discover and register the accessory but when I click 'record' for weight tracking and step on, nothing is captured.

I am having similar issue recently. It used to sync but recently the sync has been sporadic and inconsistent

Any update here? I am facing the same issue. Device is registered but the Samsung Health is not updating weight.

As the issue seems to persist for your device, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
