It’s been a week since my S24 Ultra online purchase and my order status is still “Processing” stage. I’ve called customer services and emailed them and said they will escalate but ghosted me after. I’ve made purchase of galaxy watch 7 the day after my S24 ultra purchase and I receive them the next day. Website is useless as well as the customer services.

i’ve been emailing estorenz@samsung.com and been passed around several representatives but no one seems to take responsibility on my query and could’t tell me anything. Apparently they are based in manila philippines and can’t be bothered helping me even block my ph when I called the 0800 hotline. I am quite helpless here
