Diagnostics screen on Members for earbuds has been unresponsive for months

One day the Microphone in my left ear bud died. I did the diagnostics a few times and figured it was just low on battery. Now every time I go to try and all the buttons except sometimes the in ear detection do nothing at all. It stays consistently on 1 action. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app which was a massive pain because all my settings were lost. And I've logged a bug report but they say they can't recreate the issue. I'm at my wits end because also randomly my Mastercard on samsung pay is being declined. Has anyone else had issues with diagnostics ?? Example below.
