I received a new Westpac credit card as my current one was about to expire. I activated it and called Westpac and they told me to delete it off Samsung Wallet and reload the new one. I did this but my card will not upload to the wallet from the Westpac app. When I add the card manually it appears as a debit card in the wallet and it doesn't work when I use it but the physical card does. I have wasted hours on the phone to Westpac and they told me there have been issues since Samsung last update. Does anyone have any suggestions?
