Pre-ordered S25 Ultra but no reward points

Any chance anyone knows whether can I get my rewards points back? 

I've pre ordered my S25 Ultra from the experience store and they did not credit or park the order under my account.

Now, I can track my delayed order and could not get my rewards points. 

Anyone experienced this before?

You have to wait for a long while for the reward points usually it comes after your order arrives and it comes very very long after it mine came few weeks after my order

U pre-ordered in store or online if online they will automatically deposit into ur samsung acc if in store no points

I pre-ordered and haven't got my phone and points yet. I am wondering if the points are only credited to us after the phone is delivered.
