Pre-ordered S25 Ultra but no reward points

Any chance anyone knows whether can I get my rewards points back? 

I've pre ordered my S25 Ultra from the experience store and they did not credit or park the order under my account.

Now, I can track my delayed order and could not get my rewards points. 

Anyone experienced this before?

Hi @WendyCWX,

While you are able to collect points from pre-ordering in-store, you will need to inform the sales rep that you want to use your Samsung Account to login and collect them.

Not to worry, you can still earn a lot more points through Samsung Wallet - just add a participating bank card and you can earn up to 2k points a month 😃

I did but unfortunately the SA told me that they'll use the store account for pre ordering
