Why can't I add my credit or debit cards into Samsung pay?

It keeps saying that info entered is invalid please contact bank.. Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my Samsung pay? I can add my cards into Google wallet fine but I can't do the same with Samsung wallet.

I'm taking a guess that the cards you're adding are supported by Samsung Wallet.

Did you have them on any other device previously? If you had linked before the "token" might be used and need to reset to new device.

It sometimes happen when switching to new device. Hope this helps

Its my first time adding it into any wallet on the phone so I'm not sure if this is the case. But thanks for your reply.

Uob is not supported yet & if maybank , only support Mastercard & visa

U r welcome 🙏🏻 I think u may call customer service of maybank , and seeking help from him , jus telling them u can't add card into Samsung Wallet

Call your bank to reconfirm not every card support samsung pay and some card the token need to be reset
