No "Payment Card" option in my Samsung Wallet

I have S24 Ultra and i just downloaded Samsung Wallet but compared to the other phones I saw, mine doesn't have an option where i can add my payment cards. The only option are Memberships, Vouchers, Samsung Pass, Digital Keys, Boarding Pass. 

Even if i changed all my locations in my samsung account and Google Account, i still see the same options. I tried to uninstall and reinstall in both Google play and Galaxy Store but still the same. Is it possible that it's because I bought my phone in a different country?

I have the S24Ultra and I use Samsung Wallet for payment cards, so maybe it is as you say.

Not all banks offer Samsung Wallet, so check with you card provider too.

Because it's not an Australian model, it sounds like it hasn't installed the required Samsung Wallet Framework for Australia.

I'm not aware of any way to get around it unfortunately.

You might be stuck using Google Wallet.

In order to be able to use the Australian version of Zamsung Wallet, you need to have an Australian device (one purchased in Australia). If you purchased your device overseas (or on some online sites) you will likely not be able to download the correct local version of Samsung Wallet.
