Hi
I have a problem with the pay app...it doesn't allow me to sign in. I can't use the app as it doesn't take me to any type of set up screen to add cards.
I've tried uninstall/reinstall, clearing cache, force stopping the app, clearing data, soft reset and restarting. 
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

You might need to log out and relogin your Samsung account on your phone.

Thanks so much for the reply. Sadly this didn't work either. It's mildly infuriating as I prefer samsung to google wallet 😮

In general, when an application fails to load completely or start, it's often due to missing or denied permission access.

Hi and thanks so much for the suggestion. Same result I'm afraid. I have sent error log to Samsung, maybe they'll come up with something.

Hmm, try uninstall and install again from Samsung store and accept everything it asks for, including default wallet initially.

If not working, reset the phone.
