Why can't I add a door access card to Samsung Wallet?

In Samsung wallet I only can add a car key and Add something from smartthings. How can we just add a door access card for my apartment? 

It seems that Samsung mobile phones in Australia do not have this function. Is it only possible to use this function with the Chinese version of the phone?

Korean phones have a Card Mode in NFC and can be used for this (not sure about Samsung Wallet though, but yeah outside of those 2 countries, I'm not aware of it being available elsewhere unfortunately.
