I have a problem with my 2nd verification code sent to  my sim number  that is already inactive.. 
how can i enter to my samsung acnt. Without 2nd verification? Please help.

In my recollection, you're given backup codes when you set up two-step verification. If you have the code you can use that instead, then remove your old inactive number as part of your verification process.
