Well, right about a week my Note20-Ultra updated to Android 13, it damaged my Amoled Screen. Many people in social media discussed and suspected this is the culprit, some kind internal/screen heating that melted some fluxes attached to the screen, ergo the GREENLINE appearance, a hardware problem wc Samsung is turning a blind eye, no explanation, as if it's the user's mishandling issue.

Flashlight issue is just a bug, surely some bug fixes will come. Call Samsung Support.
