I am curious, is it typical for Samsung service centers in Metro Manila to be unable to perform diagnostics and repairs on the same day, particularly when re-applying adhesives to the back panel, a common issue with Samsung devices after a few years of use, and if they also mention needing to order the necessary parts( what parts when only adhesive and diagnostics is the only thing I'm asking)

If the have the spare part, the SC can fix your device within 3-4 hours depending on how many customers are lining up also for repairs but from that day I sent my device for repair, I noticed that the quality of how they fixed my device is unsatisfactory that is why I bought my own adhesive and did it myself.
