Samsung please look into this, there are reports everywhere of frustrated A54 5G owners who have clearly tried everything suggested and, like me, their batteries are draining quickly. 
I've tried everything and tested have everything deep sleeping, off, power saving etc and still, with minimal use of a few IMs the full battery lasted less than 20 hrs. 
The apps usage info and battery diagnostics give no hints at what's wrong. It started after the latest Samsung Update 
Samsung, please issue a fix. My phone is so stripped back now to get me through the day it's not a pleasure to use.

You can try running 4g instead of 5g turn wifi and Bluetooth off when not in use. Put screen resolution on low settings have auto screen brightness. Close open apps. Charge your phone more efficiently. I hope this might help.

Thanks, appreciative of help. I am pedantic about charging properly, have been since day 1. I have so many of these save battery restrictions now my phone is practically useless.

How much are you using your phone in 20hrs?
I have the galaxy s23 ultra and I charge it once a day.
I think it's the norm now to charge your phone daily

I did a trial, had everything off, power saving on, used phone for 2,3 IMs only in the day and still lost over almost 60% overnight. It's not my usage, settings, or any new apps, its happened after latest update.

Thx I've done all these, so have a few of us now. It's happened suddenly after the last update.
I've trialled not using my phone (apart from 3 IMs, every off, power saving on overnight etc and it still lost 60% overnight. Think there's a few of us around with this same issue.

Sorry I couldn't help. Have you turned your phone off lately? Maybe there might be a update down the line.
