I have a Samsung Ultrabook NP900X4C-A05AU serial number HYTT91GD300024.
My motherboard is BA41-02038A - I need to replace the BIOS Chip and I am trying to access the BIOS BIN file, so I can repair this. I am quite capable of updating this myself I just need the correct Bios.
I have searched the internet and cannot find what I think is the correct one for my device and I don't want to use the wrong Bios. Can someone send me a link to the Bios Bin File that matches my actual laptop.
I contacted Samsung Support via live chat but sadly they don't seem to be very helpful even though the laptop is manufactured by them - all I need is this file and surely that can be provided. Most other companies that make computers & laptops provide this information available freely online and it can just downloaded but for some reason Samsung do not which is extremely unhelpful. Can someone help me here please?
