Blotchy front camera rendering

Hello! I found out today that my front camera has a problem. Using 32MP front camera, the color rendering is blotchy. I tried using in the standard 3:4, 9:16, 1:1, and full modes as well as turning my phone on and off, turning the Auto HDR on and off, but it seems to still have blotchy color rendering outdoors that never happened before. And it gets worse when there is a person in the photo. My phone haven't been dropped nor gotten wet.

First photo is taken with front camera 32MP, second photo is taken with standard 3:4

Is there anything that I can do or is there a new software update for this? My apps and phone are all updated.

Thank you.

Hello coffeegrimm,

Please let us know if your camera still has problems.

In the meantime, you can try running the Diagnostics for your camera through Samsung Members app.

https://www.samsung.com/ph/apps/samsung-members/

Have a nice and safe days ahead!

A similar thing happens to my phone but only when capturing videos that are encoded in HEVC (High Efficiency Video Mode).

Has it been fixed without servicing by any chance?

No, I have reported it through the Samsung Members app though. I hope they fix it in the next update. It was really unfortunate since most of the important memory videos in my phone is encoded in HEVC and all of them have rendering artifacts that I have no way to fix. I only noticed the issues a couple of days ago.
