Did you know that you can book appointments at Samsung's service centres via the Samsung Members app? Here's how!
Step 1:
Go into the Samsung Members App, and at the bottom menu bar, click on 'Support'.
Step 2:
Under 'Support', scroll down the page! (pssst, this is where you can run your own tests on your device too!)
Step 3:
Under 'Appointments and history', select 'Book appointment'.
Step 4:
Input your preferred appointment date, service centre location, and time slot. Don't forget to input the issue you are facing and your contact number too!
Step 5:
Receive a confirmation within the Samsung Members app itself! You're all set! :)
Oh yes.. and also, u can get a queue ticket, without having to go down to service centre. U are able to see how many tickets are in front of u, before making ur way down to the service centre.
