Try check the settings:
1) Audio settings (make sure you never mute either one side).
2) Check your audio properties and make sure that the mono option is turned off.
3) Make sure that voice levels are balanced on both earbuds.
4) Restart the earbud.
5) Reset your Bluetooth and pairing setting.
6) Try to pair with another devices (PC, laptop, etc).
If still not working, guess you might need to go to Samsung Support (make sure the earbud is original) and hope there still a warranty there.
