SupportAfter sending mail to their ceo mail also no use, so don't expect anything from samsung. I'm leaving completely from samsung ecosystem... due to no privilege or appreciation to supporters more than 10 years+, very bad experience only due to pre-order issues on galaxy buds 3 pro with no solution.
Mac + IPad done , pending iPhone16 after selling fold5 then can quit completely from samsung.
