Worst customer support experience

Pre-Order for galaxy buds 3 pro this year was the worst. After recurrent issue on fold 5 screen bubble issue suddenly hit by delay (27 Jul to 30 Aug) on buds 3 pro order, worst case is after conversation with their cs know reason and planning to wait then suddenly saw email that my order was canceled and as cancelation wasn't reversible, so cs ask me to reorder with original price RM 999 instead my pre-order price rm 799 eventually mistake was done on their side.. currently still waiting their response, no apologize and no resolution.

My last try, will eventually switch to Iphone and quit samsung when no compensation. as 10 years customer with them was nothing to them.

Doesn't matter anymore, as I plan to switch over to iphone on their upcoming product release and kick out or unsubscribe from all samsung related thing soon,As loyal customer support 10years+, it is nothing to Samsung. More funny is just due to small product galaxy buds pro 3, which makes me decide to quit samsung. you can see the whole story on private messages

Let make it public to let more customers be aware that being loyal means nothing to Samsung and does not need to be so supportive. Although, it is better than previous CS, but your solution was not accepted, due to miscommunication cause my order was being canceled, give me 15%off voucher to reorder, my pre-order was with RM 200 off,do you think, I will pay more for reorder due to this? Nobody will do that. If I didn't do pre-order, I won't bother complaining about this.

conclusion of this story,
After sending mail to their ceo mail also no use, so don't expect anything from samsung. I'm leaving completely from samsung ecosystem... due to no privilege or appreciation to supporters more than 10 years+, very bad experience only due to pre-order issues on galaxy buds 3 pro with no solution.

Mac + IPad done , pending iPhone16 after selling fold5 then can quit completely from samsung.
