Can someone give me support how to fix the issue as i cannot receive notification on messenger when the app is on background. I checked all the notification settings and it is normal. Thanks in advance
Turn off the device. Plug it to a slow charger or a power bank and recharge. Once the charging animation starts, press volume up and side key simultaneously until android logo appears or until the android recovery menu loads up. The screen will be in black and you will have to use volume keys for navigation and side key for selection.
Be careful not to factory reset the device without backup.
