Hi! I bought my S23 Ultra last week and was told that I have a free Care+ subscription for 1 year. According to Samsung sales agent at Samsung Experience Store in SM North EDSA Annex that it is part of their trade in promo(I traded in my Z Flip4). I don't know how where to verify and to look if my Care Plus has already been applied.

Hi Khaled! I just did. Tried to put my IMEI and serial number but is says "no matches found" 😭

You can check your Samsung Care+ registration through http://careplus.co or by calling these numbers:

02 7792 2680
02 8464 3434

It will automatically show on your members app under support. They will also email you a certificate that you are enrolled to Samsung Care +. The timeline is around 30 days but you can followup with them on the numbers that TeamGalaxyDD mentioned or email them at cs.ph@careplus.co

Hi @dennisdls! I guess I'll wait for three more weeks to find out if my Care+ has been enrolled. I hope it will be appear before that tho. lol thanks so much for your response!
