Below are some of the updates I can give you, as follows:
A) Ensure that the Samsung Care+ coverage is stated and written on the receipt.
B) Please use the IMEI of your phone and NOT the one listed in the receipt. You can check your new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra IMEI as per the step-by-step instructions below.
Step 1. Unlock your Galaxy S23 Ultra and go to the home screen to get started.
Step 2. Click on the phone icon of your Galaxy S23 Ultra; it is usually located at the bottom left.
Step 3. If the numeric keyboard does not appear, press the keyboard icon to open it.
Step 4. Press the following sequence using the Galaxy S23 Ultra keyboard: *#06# (asterisk, hash, zero, six, hash).
Step 5. By default, you should see the IMEI code of your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra; if not, press on the “call” button, and it will appear.
