No. Because it heats up the phone. This heat shortens battery life. If I need to use the phone immediately, I charge it up for about 10 minutes, finish everything I need to do, then turn it off and continue charging.

I don't use mine to prevent it from heating more. Regular Charging and more with Super Fast Charging already makes my device heat more, so I just leave it charging and just use it once it charge up to a percentage that I like. If you want to take care of your battery health, I suggest don't use it while charging.
