S21FE Green Vertical Lines

We bought this phone when it was launched. The green line suddenly appear on my phone while it was charging. As the time passes, more green lines appear. I do really love this phone and I don't want to place it in the storage as it is still functional. Is the replacement still free? Why are these lines occuring? There are no any mechanical means (e.g breaking, hitting) that affects, it appears from time to time. :<

Common reason sir pag naga update po ng phone. Nangyari din sakin yan before pink lines naman ung dumami. If pasok pa po sa warranty definitely free sir, un ung lang mejo pricey pag out of warranty na.

I suggest to update your device from 2am onwards for better update. I'm oing may updates at 2am, no interuption, close all running apps and leave your device on wifi mode. It will do great update.
